Description
An English wedge of a shape rare for the middle of the 19th century with a straight cutting edge.The razor was released after 1845, when the "Pipe" trademark became the property of the company, bought from William Hutchinson. George Vostenholm wrote of her as the oldest registered brand with the Company Of Cutlers.
The razor has acrylic handle, blade width 18.2 mm more than 11/16
Steel - cast Sheffield carbon, hand forged.
High-level blade geometry - thin and uniform cutting edge bevels.
The blade has been sanded, buffed, doesn’t polished (to save markes ), sharpened, honed, and stropped.
New pins.
Have some patina.
Perfect cut, clear shavings.
