Description

Two (2) new original Torrington B-1212 brand caged needle bearings for many 1952-1990 Harley models.  For example, 2 of these are used on most late 1976-1984 Harley big twin four speed countershaft cluster gears and 2 of them are used on most 1957-1984 ironhead Sportster 4-speed transmissions, one on the trapdoor and one on the mainshaft 4th gear (also called the clutch gear).   These replace HD part # 35961-52 and are sold by the HD part #.  Confirm fitment for your bike using your OEM parts manual.
Torrington was the OEM supplier to Harley for this part for decades. These are 'full-complement' bearings that do NOT have a plastic separator between the needle bearings. These have almost twice the # of needle bearings in each cage as ones with the plastic separator.  This divides the load among more bearings and reduces individual bearing load.  If you have any other questions, just let us know.
