Minature Vintage Look Reproduction Quilt ~ Many Trips Around the World Pattern  ~ Hand Quilted, 23" Square
This is a beautiful minature quilt. The colors are soft, green, dusty roses, eggplant, cream.
If you need a unique gift for someone, this could be it.
The fabrics are new, 100% cotton, quilt shop only, authentic reproduction fabrics from the American Textile History Museum (ATHM).
I few years ago, I made a duplicate of this quilt which may still be hanging in the ATHM.  It was made to show their fabric line of reproduction fabrics featured in their museum shop.  It turned out so nice, I had to have one to keep. *So, this is, in theory, a one of a kind; the museum has the other one.  I hand quilted it (tiny stitches) and put a double bias binding on it.  The border floral is also on the back of the piece.
The piece lies flat and is not distorted, just a not perfect camera shot.  The squares are tiny, 1 inch square and there are 361 of them!
I would like to find this treasure a nice home where it will be truly appreciated.
My studio is smoke and pet free.
