This is a
sweet
little
Decorative plate with a Baby White Deer / Fawn surrounded by Blue Gray foliage.
This piece is all
handmade, hand painted and Burnished
in the
pottery tradition called
bruñido from Tonala Jalisco Mexico.
It measures 6 1/4 inches wide and 3/4 of an inch deep.
There is a
clay loop built into the back
of the plate so you can run
a string through it and hang on the wall.
This Plate is a wonderful example of
Mexican Folk art and Ceramic traditions
from this area of Mexico.
