    Description

    Scrappy batik quilt, Trip Around the World variation. Measures 85”x101”. I made this with an assortment of purple and turquoise 100% cotton batik fabrics. The outer border of 100% cotton batik fabric in turquoise is also used as the backing. I machine quilted this in an all over edge to edge abstract design with turquoise thread. I used 100% cotton Warm n’ Natural batting. The binding has been machine sewn to the front then hand finished to the back. This quilt was made in my smoke free home studio. This quilt may be machine laundered on cool/gentle cycle,no bleach. This one reminds me of cotton candy!
