    Engraved on the blade is "You lather well, I'll shave well," which appears to be hand engraved.
    Scales appear to be made of horn.
    Includes original box which reads:
    "B.J. Eyre & Co.
    Late
    W. Greaves & Sons
    Sheffield"
    William Greaves built the "Sheaf Works" factory in Sheffield, England in 1823, which was the first large scale cutlery factory in the city. His company was dissolved in 1850, with B.J. Eyre continuing to manufacture razors under his name inside the Sheaf Works. This razor dates
