    Description

Offered for auction a physically challenged  "PRE-COLUMBIAN MAYAN AZTEC SEATED MALE SCULPTURED TERRACOTTA CLAY FIGURE".
SATIRICAL NARRATIVE: Perhaps, it might be said that this guy is one of the most unfortunate characters alive.  It appears that his appendix has been removed and the surgeon did not close the affected area.  Additionally, Mister-Man is holding his jaw because of unbearable, grimacing pain from wisdom teeth extractions performed without the use of Novocain.  His abs are three-pack and only on one side.  His right ear was removed during the same surgery due to extreme ear wax build-up that became cemented.  He was accidentally eye-jabbed by the attending nurse as she cleared his nasal passage of coal dust.  The doctor threw in a knee replacement (no charge), but operated on the wrong knee.  The surgery should have been on the right knee, not the left, resulting in a deep scar and now pain in both knees.  He has carpal tunnel syndrome in the right arm, due to the repetitive motion of daily pulling the gambling machine lever at the local casino.  He also developed toe fungus from wearing dirty sandals that he found as he dumpster dived in a seedy part of town.  Nevertheless, even with all his ills he decidedly declares, "I AM THANKFUL TO BE ALIVE!!!".
I have no knowledge of the age or origin of this fellow and hesitate to even guess.  Except for all his ailments, he is in good pre-owned, used condition, with minor scrapes, shaded coloring and a hollow body.  The hole in his side appears to be maker designed rather than accidental mishap, as there are no jagged edges.  The digital photos are not very clear and fail to display the detail and expression on his face.  The measurements: Height seated...8 3/4", Width...4 3/4", Depth...6" and weighs 1.49 Lbs.  This figure is ready for display, however, transport to buyer might require an ambulance, rather than a mail truck. LOL.  It is offered "as is" with no returns or refunds.
