The 4 Flying Tigers who signed the program are: David "Tex" Hill; Ken Jernstedt; Chuck Older; & Dick Rossi. It is a 10 page program of the itinerary for the Symposium.     This Symposium '95 Space Pioneers: Mercury Astronauts & Flying Tigers Program Signed is in excellent condition.   This is a program of events from May 4-5 1995 Pensacola, Florida of a Symposium signed by 5 of the 7 Mercury Astronauts and 4 of the American Volunteer Group (AVG) also known as the Flying Tigers.  The signatures include: Alan B. Shepard; John Glenn; Scott Carpenter; Walter Schirra; & Gordon Cooper of the Mercury Astronauts.  The 4 Flying Tigers who signed the program are: David "Tex" Hill; Ken Jernstedt; Chuck Older; & Dick Rossi.  It is a 10 page program of the itinerary for the Symposium.  This Symposium was also attended by but NOT signed by: Roy Neal; Norbert R. Ryan, Jr.; Robert Magnus; James Engler; Sydney Abernathy; Matthew J. Carter; Peter J. Sciabarra; Arthur M. Sterrett; Dennis A. Dogs; J. Scott Walsh; Barrett Tillman; Peter Wright, Sr.; Eugene A. Cernan; & Jeremy M. Boorda.  There is a brief summary of each person in the program. The events were held at the Nation Museum of Naval Aviation.  This program came from the Estate of Charles "Chuck" Baisden who was a Flying Tiger.  He was an armorer with the 3rd Squadron Hell's Angels. Mr. Baisden retired in Savannah, Ga., and I was honored to attend his Estate Sale.   The program meausures 5.5"x8.5".   This Program will be INSURED and WILL require a signature for confirmation of delivery.  Please ZOOM in on all photos for more detail and description.
