Large Antique English Burglar Safe. Late 1800s. VERY RARE!!. Find another one! Measures 34h 25w 25d. A nice  safe for keepsakes or would make a cool gun safe. I doubt its fully fireproof, its likely nearly 150 years old.
This is a local pickup item. I will work with you as best I can if you want to send a shipping company but I physically cannot assist in loading it. No Reserve!!
I've owned this for many years and its been a great conversation piece. Estimated mid-late 1800s based on design and construction. Its a fully functioning safe and yes I have the skeleton key for the door. I do not have the key for the locking drawers but they are unlocked. Theres prvisions to add shelves on the inside of box.
I do not know if the finish is original but it shows age inside and out with great patina. One of the ears of the bolt handle is slightly bent. Its brass and could be straightened but it functions well as does all moving parts. Door opens and closes smooth and precise.
Currently this is on a sturdy dolly in my garage and rolls well on a hard surface. Its very heavy!! Estimated 450+pounds. I cannot assist in loading it but may be able to get it on a pallet.
