After searching for
YEARS,
I purchased two of these pins for my 30 + year collection, now will part with one.  I acquired this as a mint condition very collectable pin.
Condition : Excellent
**As you know this pin die struck, filled with hard enamel, fired and polished all by hand, the natural imperfections in cloisonné minerals are very common, and to most part of the great appeal of this ancient process.  I scanned this pin at 250% if you look very, very close at the left foot there is a blemish.  It was there when I purchased it and will be there when I sell it.  Otherwise a well cared for collectable pin**
This has been kept in a display box and is in the same great condition as when I purchased it many years ago.

This is a Cast member pin from The Disney Store. It has Jiminy Cricket holding a sign that says "Trivia Competition." It's about 1.5" tall. Cast members received the pin if they won the trivia competition from their store, which was held once each year. This pin was actually awarded when you participated in the Trivia Competition at the District Level. I also believe that cast members from the home store of the National winner received pins as well. You may also notice if you look carefully, that "Disney" is misspelled. On the pin it is spelled "DIENEY". The Trivia Challenge was retired after the 1999 competition; consequently, this pin is no longer given out. The rear is a waffle pattern with a box in the center that has "©Disney" and "Taiwan" beneath it.
