Handmade Quilt Throw Lap Size - One Block Wonder - Broken Dishes

This listing is for an oversized lap/throw quilt.  It was handmade in the One Block Wonder/Kaleidoscope method.  The overall fabric is a dish pattern (as in the frame).  The colors are cream, turquoise, greens and pinks.  The fabric is stacked in 6 layers and then precisely cut into 60 degree triangles.  These triangles are then reassembled, resulting in the kaleidoscope effect that is featured in the center of the quilt.  This is a pretty intense and laborious process.
The overall size of the quilt is approximately 52"x58".  It is constructed with 100% cotton fabric and batting.  The back of the quilt is pink polka dots with a piece of the "dish" fabric in the center.  It has been quilted on a small domestic sewing machine in straight lines that really set the blocks off.
The quilt has been machine washed to make sure all stitches held and colors locked in.
