Description

This modern quilt features multicolored strips on a sea of black.  I quilted a running wave stitch with multicolored thread on the black and shadow quilted on the strips with white thread.  I used green thread on the back throughout. It is  machine pieced and quilted on my sewing machine, not a quilting machine.
The backing is a green print with a strip of sunflowers down the center.  The batting is bonded poly.  It is machine washable, cold water, gentle cycle and may be air dried or machine dried on low.
This quilt would brighten any room and at 47 x 52" is suitable for lap, sofa ... or as a wall hanging...and adapts to any color scheme.  A beautiful addition to your own home, and a welcome gift for any occasion.
