Description

All three fabrics used in this quilt are vintage...the flowered cotton print, muslin squares and the green border.  It is machine pieced and machine quilted using my sewing machine and not a quilting machine.  It's quilted with a pale green thread in the ditch, a cross hatch pattern in the 9-patches and free motion around the flowers in the larger squares and on the borders.   It's been machine washed so it's puckered and cuddle ready.
The backing is the same flowered fabric, the batting is bonded poly.  And it's machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle and may be air or machine dried on low.
This quilt would be a great addition to any room ... on the sofa, on a wicker set, in the dorm room, in the nursery, as a wall hanging and a welcome birthday, retirement, get well, anniversary, shower or housewarming gift.
