    Description

    This lap, sofa quilt is made up of 2" squares sown into 4-patches which are arranged diagonally in a color wheel pattern.  The four patches are sashed with white and the border is a beautiful green batik.  It is machine pieced and quilted on my sewing machine - not a quilting machine. The quilting was done with white thread.  It is stitched in a cross hatch pattern with the exception of the border, which is done with a cable stitch and edged with a decorative pattern.
    The backing is a soft green with the same batik inserted in the center and the batting is low loft bonded poly.   When needed, machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle and machine dry on low or air dry.
    A beautiful addition to your own home, and a welcome gift for any occasion.
