Handmade fidget quilt measures 20 inches by 15 inches and has a number of activities to keep restless hands busy. Restlessness, fidgeting and anxiety that often comes with Alzheimer's/ Dementia can often be soothed and calmed with a fidget quilt.
My quilts are made with love. These blankets can be helpful for maintaining fine motor skills and activities of daily living such as using zippers, butting up buttons, tying laces, and so on. Aside from the activities on the quilt different textures, colors and prints can bring back fond memories.
Quilt is made with cotton fabric with a layer of cotton batting and cotton back.
