Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) are natural, non-toxic acids that improve the appearance of the skin. They form a class of compounds that have a specific, unique effect on skin structures such as the stratum corneum, epidermis, papillary dermis and sebaceous glands. They help to remove dead skin cells from the surface layer of the skin.
AHAs have been shown to have a strong effect on keratinization and adhesion of corneocytes (keratinized cells).
Loss of elasticity, fine lines (crow's feet), wrinkles, dark spots are considered signs of fading, rough, and dry skin.
AHAs speed up the renewal of the epidermis, providing gentle exfoliation, that is, the removal of dead cells that give the face a dull complexion. This smoothing action improves rough skin and restores its freshness and softness.
The condition of pathogenic, unusually dry skin with excessive flaking and scaling can be caused by various genetic, internal and external factors. This problematic skin condition is particularly difficult to correct with conventional moisturizers. AHAs are effective in treating a number of such conditions in which abnormal keratinization consistently contributes to pathogenesis in the form of ichthyosis, psoriasis, eczema, warts and acne. The therapeutic effect of AHAs in the treatment of hyperpigmented, photodamaged and wrinkled skin is well known.
The AHAs exfoliate dead cells by "breaking" the bonds between the skin cells, thus helping the skin to get rid of dead cells and discover the fresh new cells underneath. This requires no rubbing or rubbing, unlike facial scrubs, which physically remove dead cells.

INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Acne and acne scars:
Pimples and blackheads are caused by the accumulation of dead skin cells in the pores, which leads to blockages. The AHAs help clear pores and prevent them from clogging, helping the skin to free itself of excess dead skin cells. The AHAs help reduce the appearance of post blackhead scars.
Pigmented spots of melanin origin:
AHAs help even out the complexion and help eliminate freckles and dark spots.
Photoaging, Skin Aging, Wrinkles:
AHAs reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly those resulting from accelerated aging due to the damaging effects of sunlight on the skin (photoaging). The deeper the wrinkles, the higher the concentration of AHAs needed to eliminate them.
Thickening of the skin and uneven skin texture:
Sometimes the moisturizer does not work fully because it does not penetrate through the layer of dead cells covering the top layer of the skin's surface. The skin looks rough and coarse. AHAs help remove these dead cells, allowing the moisturizer to penetrate and correct the exfoliation and roughness of the skin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Apply cream after complete removal of makeup. Apply to the face, neck and forehead once a day, for two weeks, then twice a day. Daily use of sunscreen is recommended. May cause a mild, transient stinging sensation in susceptible skin.
