Doña Rosa Mexican Folk Art Barro Negro black burnished brunido pottery from San Bartolo Coyotepec, Oaxaca. Older hand formed small vase, pot, jar with attached pressed leaf forms around rim. Etched signature by Doña Rosa at underside. In Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are minor surface imperfections which are an inherent part of the piece, and are typical of this style of hand made pottery. Measures approximately 4 inches in diameter and 2.50 inches tall. Weighs approximately 1/2 lb. Will weigh between 1 and 2 lbs packaged.
