This set has everything you need to maintain the razor.
I purchased this razor from Straight Razor Designs back in September, 2014.  It is very well balanced due to the hardwood scale.  It has beautiful gold work on the blade.  Since I purchased this razor, I've mostly had a beard, sometimes a mustache and was clean shaven for about 6 months.  This razor was used occasionally for most of its life, and regularly for short stints.  The most regular use it ever saw was a 6 month period during which it was used daily.  It came professionally sharpened from Straight Razor Designs back in 2014.  At a certain point I touched up the blade.  Since I did that, my routine when I shaved with this daily was to give it 10 strokes on the green oxide strop once per week and that kept the edge keen.  I have found no need to use the stone as long as I do the green oxide strop as needed.  This razor comes very sharp and ready to use.  After each use, I applied one drop of straight razor oil to the blade and the scale immediately after carefully drying the blade, so both razor and scale are in excellent condition.
Extras included with the razor:
Two strops one with green oxide crayon on the inside side of the linen strop
One bottle of straight razor oil from Straight Razor Designs (about half full)
One bottle of neatsfoot oil (mostly full)
One Norton 4K/8K Wetstone.  I lapped the stone some years ago, but it may need to be relapped.  It has been sitting in the box unused for some years.

Get yourself a good shaving brush (I recommend Simpson's Chubby 3 super badger) a good shaving bowl, shaving soap or cream, and aftershave (I recommend Proraso green refresh for preshave, either cream in the tube or soap, and aftershave) and you will have everything you need for a superior shave!
