Damages and Returns:
Any damages must be reported to us within 30
days of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund. If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. I offer free 30 day returns for US customers. In order for you to receive a refund of your purchase price, the item must be returned to me undamaged and in its original condition, including tags if the item is new.

But please note that Media Mail can take a very long time arrive. We ship via First Class for packages that weigh 16 ounces or less. We then offer Priority Mail or UPS Ground for packages weighing over one pound.  We ship within one business day after payment has cleared.
