ANTIQUE COPELAND T.GOODE PITCHER & BOWL DECORATED LANDSCAPE AND BIRDS CIRCA 1904

Description

Here for your consideration is an antique Copeland pitcher and bowl.  These two beautiful pieces feature landscape scene and birds, possibly pheasant.  Ornately designed with green as its main color on both pieces and gilt trim.  Pitcher measures approximately 8 inches in height by 5.5 inches wide (not including handle).  The bowl is 10 3/8 inches in diameter by 3.5 inches in height.  Both pieces have the famed "T. Goode and Co London" retailers marks.  The bowl the impressed Copeland mark along with "L" over "04", which dates this piece to July 1904.  I could not clearl decipher the date marks on the pitcher, but the "00" mark would indicate 1900 production.  Also has a protruding mark "R" over "115 000".
No chips, cracks or repairs.  Normal wear consistent with light to moderate usage.  Surface scratches to the pitcher, mostly in the green lower part of the pitcher (scratch marks visible by the white lines and marks on pitcher).  Surface scratches to the bowl (scratch marks visible by white lines and spots in green areas)  A few flea bites to the rim on the bowl where the gilt is located.  Gilt is mostly intact with aception of flea bites mentioned.
